Ground fault module for SIRIUS motor starters
The Siemens SIRIUS 3UF7500-1AA00-0 is a ground fault module designed to accept a single summation current transformer (3UL22) for leakage detection in motor protection circuits. It sits in the same 22.5 mm wide profile as the 3UF7 basic unit, screw or snap-on mounted in any orientation. One analog input, 0.1 W consumed active power. The 4 kV surge voltage resistance and 1 kV burst immunity (IEC 61000-4-4 severity 3) keep the module operational in panels with switching loads — no false trips from contactor coil ringing. Rated for storage from -40 to +80 °C and operation from -25 to +60 °C, with IP20 finger-safe touch protection. The environmental classification 3K6 (relative humidity 10–95%, no condensation) matches standard industrial control cabinet conditions. Maximum one ground fault module per basic unit — this is a dedicated channel, not shared. No thermistor or ground-fault detection input on this module; the single analog input is for the 3UL22 CT only.
