Wiring and signal conditioning
The 3UF7700-1AA00-0: Terminals accept 0.5–4 mm² solid or 0.5–2.5 mm² stranded wire; fine ferrules need a careful strip at the lower end. Three inputs support Pt100, Pt1000, KTY, and NTC sensors: Pt100 spans -50 to 500 °C, NTC covers 80 to 160 °C. Short-circuit detection is built in; open-circuit detection is not — if a break in the sensor lead matters, plan external supervision or a different module. The 0.2 W load means negligible heat rise. IP20 keeps dust and accidental touch out but not moisture; keep the module inside the panel enclosure.
