The Siemens 3UG3014-1BP60 is a SIRIUS active power monitoring relay — it watches real power consumption on a motor or load and trips an internal relay when the power goes outside a set window. That makes it useful for detecting a broken belt, a jammed conveyor, a dry-running pump, or a load that's drifted off its normal draw. The relay measures current from 0.2 A up to 10 A and accepts a supply voltage of 340-460 V AC at both 50 Hz and 60 Hz. The trip delay is adjustable: 0.3-3 s on startup to ride through inrush, and 0.5-20 s on an upper or lower limit violation to ignore short transients. Two changeover contacts (delayed switching) handle the output, rated 3 A at 250 V AC or 400 V AC, 50/60 Hz. For DC loads, the contacts are rated 1 A at 24 V, 0.2 A at 125 V, and 0.1 A at 250 V.
IP20 finger-safe housing. Tightening torque 1.2-0.8 N·m. Zero clearance needed above, below, forward, backward, or to the side — the relay can be butted against other devices without derating.
Vibration tested per IEC 60068-2-6: 1-6 Hz at 15 mm amplitude, 6-500 Hz at 2 g. Shock tested per IEC 60068-2-27: 15 g / 11 ms half-sine. Surge voltage resistance rated 6 kV. Repeat accuracy of the power measurement is 1 %; metering precision is 10 %.
