Phase and network monitoring with digital precision
The Siemens SIRIUS 3UG4616-2CR20 is a network monitoring relay with digital setting, designed to monitor phase sequence, phase failure, asymmetry, and overvoltage on three-phase AC systems. It accepts a rated voltage range of 90 to 400 V AC at both 50 and 60 Hz, covering common low-voltage industrial supplies without needing a separate supply transformer. The relay provides a single changeover contact rated at 3 A at 250 V AC or 400 V AC (50/60 Hz), and 1 A at 24 V DC, sufficient for signaling to a PLC or contactor coil. Asymmetry detection and overvoltage detection are built in, with a configurable delayed switching of 2 seconds to ride through transient events.
IP20 protection means it is suited for dry indoor control panels only. The LCD display shows measured values and settings, making commissioning straightforward without needing a separate programmer.
