The Siemens SIRIUS 3UG4617-1CR20 is a network monitoring relay with digital setting, designed to monitor phase parameters in AC systems. It detects phase asymmetry, overvoltage, and other line faults, with a rated voltage range of 160 to 690 V AC at 50 or 60 Hz. The relay provides a delayed switching output rated at 3 A at 250 V AC or 400 V AC, 50/60 Hz, and auxiliary contacts rated at 1 A at 24 V, 0.2 A at 125 V, and 0.1 A at 250 V. An LCD display shows settings and status, and the unit offers five selectable monitoring functions. Pollution degree 3 rated.
For BOM freeze or PCN tracking, the lifecycle status is stable — no imminent replacement or phase-out.
The 22.5 mm width fits standard panel layouts, and the any-position mounting simplifies cabinet placement. Zero clearance required on all sides (upwards, downwards, forwards, backwards, and at the side all 0 mm). The IP20 rating means it's suitable for clean, dry control cabinets only.
The 160-690 V AC range covers most low-voltage three-phase systems (e.g., 208, 400, 480, 600 V) at both 50 and 60 Hz. The 3 A output contacts are rated for resistive loads at line voltage; for inductive or motor loads, derate accordingly or use an external contactor. Asymmetry detection and overvoltage detection are built in, with auto-reset and delayed switching (2 s) configurable. The LCD display provides local readout of settings and fault conditions, but there is no LED display version — the LCD is the only display option.
