The 3UG4622-2AW30: The 0.05–10 A setting range (measurable up to 15 A) covers motor full-load currents for fractional-horsepower motors up to small industrial pumps and fans. The 3 A contact rating at 250 V AC is enough to signal a PLC input or energize a contactor coil directly — no intermediate relay needed. The supply voltage accepts 20.4–264 V DC or AC at 50/60 Hz, so one part works across 24 V, 48 V, 110 V, and 230 V control circuits without a separate power supply variant. The LCD shows the actual current and the set thresholds, which saves time during commissioning: you read the value on the display instead of chasing a meter lead to the CT terminals. Auto-reset and external reset options let you choose between automatic restart after a fault or manual reset from a panel pushbutton.
Terminals accept 2x 24–16 AWG solid or stranded wire. The 0 mm clearance above, below, and to the sides means you can pack relays side by side without derating for heat buildup — the relay's own dissipation is low enough.
