Breaking capacity is specified at five voltage points: 75.6 kA at 240 V AC, 52.5 kA at 415 V, 32 kA at 440 V, and 7.5 kA at both 500 V and 690 V. That spread tells you the interrupting rating collapses above 440 V — at 690 V it is still 7.5 kA, which is adequate for most 690 V distribution but not for high-fault industrial feeders. Selectivity studies should use the 415 V figure for common 400 V systems. Two HQ auxiliary switches are supplied basic.
