The Siemens SENTRON 3VA1010-4ED32-0DH0 is a 3-pole molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) designed for line protection, rated 100 A continuous at 40 °C ambient — no derating needed up to 50 °C where it still holds 100 A, then a gentle taper to 91 A at 70 °C. Interrupting capacity is the headline: 121 kA at 240 V, 75.6 kA at 415 V, 52.5 kA at 440 V, and 11.9 kA at both 500 V and 690 V. That 121 kA at 240 V puts it comfortably above most utility transformer fault levels in North American panelboards — you get full selectivity without cascading upstream breakers.
