For a panel that runs hot — say next to a drive or inside a non-ventilated enclosure — you size the load to the 23 A floor at 65 °C, not the 25 A nameplate.
The 3-pole design connects to busbars or cable via the line and load lugs. The 2 HQ auxiliary switches are wired separately for status indication. Power loss is 8.5 W maximum — negligible for thermal budgeting in most enclosures.
