The TM210 thermal-magnetic trip unit handles overload and short-circuit response without external control wiring — a self-contained overcurrent release that simplifies panel layout. Breaking capacity reaches 53 kA at 240 V AC, stepping down to 32 kA at 415 V and 7.5 kA at 690 V, so the same breaker body covers a wide voltage range across the distribution board. Current derating and thermal budget
Rated current holds at 25 A from 40 °C through 50 °C ambient, then derates to 24 A at 55–60 °C and 23 A at 65–70 °C. That 2 A drop across the upper range means the breaker can serve a 25 A continuous load in a warm enclosure as long as the internal temperature stays below 50 °C. Maximum power loss is 8.5 W — negligible for a single breaker but worth summing across a multi-breaker panel when sizing enclosure ventilation.
