32 A MCCB with 52.5 kA interrupting capacity — SENTRON 3VA series
Its interrupting capacity hits 52.5 kA at 240 V AC, 32 kA at 415 V, and 7.5 kA at 690 V — so it handles high-fault scenarios on the secondary side of a distribution transformer or at a motor control center feeder without cascading upstream. The TM210 release is fixed (non-adjustable thermal and magnetic trip), which simplifies coordination studies: you know the exact trip curve without field calibration. The breaker carries 32 A straight through 50 °C ambient; above that it derates gradually to 28.8 A at 70 °C — useful if the breaker lives in a non-ventilated enclosure near other heat sources.
Deployment context — panel integration and auxiliary wiring
IP40 on the front. The four auxiliary switches HQ provide two NO + two NC contacts.
At 415 V (common in European industrial systems) it still handles 32 kA, which covers most transformer-fed panels. The 690 V rating of 7.5 kA is lower but still adequate for many motor-feeder applications on 690 V networks.
