Its breaking capacity steps down with system voltage — 52.5 kA at 240 V, 32 kA at 415 V, 13.6 kA at 440 V, and 7.5 kA at both 500 V and 690 V — so the same frame covers a range of fault-current levels depending on where it lands in the distribution. A mechanical trip indicator is present, and the unit draws a maximum power loss of 10.6 W under load.
Panel Fit & Integration
The 3VA frame measures 130 mm high, 76.2 mm wide, and 70 mm deep — a standard 3-pole MCCB footprint that mounts on a DIN rail or panel-mount base plate. The shunt trip (STL) allows remote tripping from a PLC or E-stop circuit; the two auxiliary switches and trip alarm switch provide status feedback to a control system.
