32 A MCCB with TM210 release and 52.5 kA interrupting capacity
The Siemens SENTRON 3VA1032-2ED36-0BC0 is a 3-pole molded case circuit breaker rated for 32 A continuous current with a TM210 thermal-magnetic overcurrent release. Its interrupting capacity hits 52.5 kA at 240 V, stepping down to 32 kA at 415 V, 13.6 kA at 440 V, and 7.5 kA at 690 V — so the voltage you feed it directly governs the fault current it can clear. The rated insulation voltage sits at 800 V, and the front face carries IP40 protection.
Current derating across the operating temperature band
This breaker holds full 32 A from 40 °C up through 50 °C. At 55 °C it derates to 30.72 A, then 30.08 A at 60 °C, 29.44 A at 65 °C, and 28.8 A at 70 °C. If your panel ambient runs above 50 °C, factor that drop into the load calculation — the breaker won't trip nuisance, but the continuous current capability shrinks.
Built-in undervoltage release and auxiliary switches
The 3VA1032-2ED36-0BC0 ships with an undervoltage release (UVR) integrated — part of the auxiliary release design — plus two HQ auxiliary switches. That UVR lets you wire a safety or control circuit that trips the breaker when control voltage drops, which is common in emergency-stop chains or undervoltage protection schemes. The auxiliary switches give status feedback to a PLC or indicator lamp without adding external contact blocks.
Panel fit and mounting dimensions
The breaker measures 76.2 mm wide, 130 mm tall, and 70 mm deep. It mounts into a standard SENTRON 3VA panel footprint — same width as the 3VA1010 frame, so a panel laid out for a 3VA1010-2ED36-0AC0 accepts this 32 A unit without re-drilling or re-bussing. The IP40 front means it's suited for enclosed panel mounting where the front face is behind a door.
