Breaking capacity varies with system voltage: 75.6 kA at 240 V, 52.5 kA at 415 V, 32 kA at 440 V, and 7.5 kA at both 500 V and 690 V. This means the breaker can handle high fault currents on lower-voltage networks while still providing adequate interruption on 690 V systems. For a 400 V distribution board, the 52.5 kA figure gives solid selectivity headroom against upstream devices.
The breaker holds its full 32 A rating from 40 °C up to 50 °C, then derates to 31 A at 55–60 °C, and 30 A at 65–70 °C. Maximum power loss is 10.6 W. In a warm panel, expect to stay at 32 A unless the internal temperature exceeds 50 °C.
Width at 76.2 mm is three 25.4 mm pole pitches — a standard 3-pole MCCB footprint. No communication function or undervoltage release on this variant; the trip indicator is also absent.
