32 A MCCB with TM210 release, 121 kA at 240 V
The Siemens 3VA1032-4ED32-0JD0 is a 3-pole SENTRON molded case circuit breaker rated for 32 A continuous current at 40 °C ambient, carrying the full 32 A through 50 °C before derating begins at 55 °C. The TM210 thermal-magnetic fixed-release provides line protection for feeder and branch circuits in distribution panels. Breaking capacity reaches 121 kA at 240 VAC, 75.6 kA at 415 V, and 52.5 kA at 440 V — enough to handle high-fault locations like utility entrance points or transformer secondaries without cascading upstream. At 690 V the interrupt rating is 11.9 kA, still adequate for most 690 V motor control centers. The breaker ships with a factory-installed shunt trip release (STL) for remote emergency tripping and three auxiliary switches HQ for status feedback to a PLC or annunciator panel. No undervoltage release, no ground-fault monitoring, no communication module — this is a straightforward line-protection MCCB for panels where remote trip is needed but not full metering or comms.
Panel fit and mounting
Footprint is 76.2 mm wide by 130 mm tall by 70 mm deep — standard 3-pole MCCB envelope for a 32 A frame. Front IP40 protection keeps dust and tools out of the terminals; the breaker is designed for screw-mounting in a distribution enclosure, not DIN rail.
