MCCB for line protection with undervoltage release
Rated 50 A at 40 °C, it delivers a breaking capacity of 52.5 kA at 240 V, tapering to 32 kA at 415 V and 7.5 kA at 690 V — headroom for high-fault service entrances or sub-distribution boards.
Breaking capacity runs 52.5 kA at 240 V, 32 kA at 415 V, 13.6 kA at 440 V, and 7.5 kA at 500/690 V — the 415 V figure is the one most European panel designers will size against. Thermal rating holds flat at 50 A from 40 °C to 50 °C, then derates to 49 A at 55 °C, 48 A at 60 °C, 46 A at 65 °C, and 45 A at 70 °C. In a warm cabinet near its 70 °C operating max, you lose 5 A; account for that in the load schedule.
Lifecycle stage is current production.
The 3-pole unit with integrated UVR and auxiliary switches keeps the wiring inside the breaker envelope, saving DIN rail space for other components.
