Line protection MCCB with undervoltage release
It carries a continuous 50 A at 40 °C with no derating up to 50 °C, then steps down to 45 A at 70 °C — a flat thermal curve that simplifies panel sizing in warm enclosures. Breaking capacity reaches 52.5 kA at 240 V AC and holds 32 kA at 415 V, dropping to 7.5 kA at 690 V. The TM210 thermal-magnetic trip unit provides fixed overload and short-circuit protection — no interchangeable rating plugs, which keeps the BOM simple but locks the frame to 50 A. An undervoltage release (UVR) is built in, so the breaker trips automatically on loss of control voltage.
Sizing and coordination notes
The 3-pole form factor fits standard Siemens SENTRON mounting; the 76.2 mm width (3 in) and 70 mm depth (2.76 in) match the 3VA base frame footprint. No communication module or ground-fault monitoring on this variant — it is a straight thermal-magnetic breaker with UVR, suited for main or feeder protection where remote trip signaling is not required.
