The TM210 thermal-magnetic overcurrent release handles overloads with a thermal bimetal and short-circuits with a magnetic solenoid.
At 240 V it's rated 52.5 kA, at 415 V it's 32 kA, at 440 V it drops to 13.6 kA, and at 500 V and 690 V it holds at 7.5 kA. At 415 V the 32 kA covers most industrial distribution boards downstream of a transformer. The drop at 690 V to 7.5 kA means it's not a primary breaker for a 690 V drive line; you'd need a higher-rated frame for that.
Rated 50 A at 40 °C, 45 °C, and 50 °C — no derating needed up to 50 °C ambient, which is the typical panel internal temperature. At 55 °C it's 49 A, at 60 °C it's 48 A, at 65 °C it's 46 A, and at 70 °C it's 45 A. That's a gentle slope — about 1 A per 5 °C above 50 °C. The TM210 release is factory-set for 50 A; no field adjustment range is listed, so what you order is what you get.
Physical fit and auxiliary options
The breaker measures 76.2 mm wide, 130 mm tall, and 70 mm deep — a standard 3-pole MCCB footprint that drops into most SENTRON panelboards and DIN-rail mounting plates. It comes with a factory-supplied basic switch and provisions for up to 3 auxiliary switches HQ. No trip indicator on the front, so if you need local visual trip indication you'll want to add the auxiliary switch wired to a lamp.
