Ratings and what they mean for fit
The 3VA1063-2ED42-0AD0: The 63 A continuous rating holds from 40 °C up to 50 °C without derating; at 55 °C it drops to 62 A, and at 70 °C it still carries 58 A. That thermal curve matters when the breaker sits in a warm enclosure — you can load it to 63 A in a 50 °C ambient without recalculating. The 52.5 kA SCCR at 240 V gives headroom for high-fault service entrances; at 415 V the 32 kA still clears most industrial panel faults. The TM210 release is thermal-magnetic, fixed-trip — no electronic adjustment, so it's a straight swap for existing fixed-trip MCCBs.
Panel integration and mounting
Dimensions are 130 mm high, 101.6 mm wide, and 70 mm deep — fits standard MCCB panel cutouts and bus-bar spacing. The 4-pole design handles three-phase plus neutral in a single unit, saving rail space versus a 3-pole + separate neutral block. No undervoltage release or ground-fault module is built in; those are add-on accessories if needed.
