Siemens SENTRON 3VA1063-3ED32-0DC0 — 63 A MCCB with Undervoltage Release
The Siemens SENTRON 3VA1063-3ED32-0DC0 is a 3-pole molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) rated for line protection, carrying a continuous current of 63 A at 40 °C ambient. Its breaking capacity reaches 75.6 kA at 240 V AC, 52.5 kA at 415 V, and 32 kA at 440 V, with a floor of 7.5 kA at 500 V and 690 V. The insulation voltage is rated at 800 V. This MCCB includes an integrated undervoltage release (UVR) and comes factory-fitted with two auxiliary switches (HQ design). It is designed without ground-fault monitoring or communication functions, and no trip indicator or voltage trigger is present.
Thermal Derating and Power Loss
The 63 A rating holds flat from 40 °C through 50 °C, then derates gradually: 62 A at 55 °C, 61 A at 60 °C, 60 A at 65 °C, and 58 A at 70 °C. Maximum power loss is 19.8 W. Operating temperature range is -25 °C to +70 °C; storage range is -40 °C to +80 °C.
Panel Fit and Mounting
Dimensions are 130 mm height, 76.2 mm width, and 70 mm depth. The 3-pole footprint fits standard SENTRON panel cutouts and busbar systems. The 70 mm depth leaves clearance for rear-connected cable lugs or busbar adapters in a typical 200 mm deep enclosure.
