The Siemens SENTRON 3VA1063-3ED42-0AD0 is a 4-pole molded case circuit breaker rated for line protection, carrying a continuous current Iu of 63 A up to 50 °C ambient — at 55 °C it derates to 60.48 A, at 60 °C to 59.22 A, at 65 °C to 57.96 A, and at 70 °C to 56.7 A, so the thermal curve is what governs the actual load you can protect in a warm enclosure. Interrupting capacity is specified at four voltages: 75.6 kA at 240 V, 52.5 kA at 415 V, 32 kA at 440 V, and 7.5 kA at 690 V. The 690 V rating of 7.5 kA is lower but still sufficient for most 690 V motor circuits where the transformer impedance limits the prospective fault. No trip indicator on the front face, so the auxiliary contacts are the only way to distinguish a trip from a manual open.
