The thermal-magnetic release is a TM120M with a rated current In=100 A. The magnetic short-circuit pickup Ii is adjustable from 5 to 15 times In. A shunt trip (STL) coil rated 220–250 V DC and 208–277 V AC is factory-installed, along with two HQ auxiliary switches. The shunt trip lets a remote signal (e.g., from an emergency-stop button, a fire alarm relay, or a PLC digital output) open the breaker electrically. The HQ aux switches provide a volt-free contact for status feedback — one normally-open, one normally-closed — wired back to the control system to confirm the breaker position.
