Breaking capacity at 240 V is 220 kA, dropping to 154 kA at 415 V, 121 kA at 440 V, and 17 kA at 690 V. At 690 V the 17 kA still covers most motor-control-center bus faults.
Thermal derating and endurance
Full 100 A rating holds up to 50 °C ambient. At 55 °C it derates to 96 A, at 60 °C to 94 A, at 65 °C to 92 A, and at 70 °C to 90 A.
The 3VA1110-6EF32-0DC0 measures 70 mm deep, 76.2 mm wide, and 130 mm tall. Front protection is IP40.
Auxiliary and trip options
Factory-fitted with 2 auxiliary switches in HQ (high-rupture-capacity) configuration. The integrated auxiliary trip module carries order code 3VA9608-0BB25 — useful to know if you need a spare or replacement. There is no trip indicator and no voltage trigger; the undervoltage release is the only integrated trip accessory.
