The TM120M thermal-magnetic release provides starter protection; the adjustable short-circuit release (Ii) is set 5–15 × In.
The adjustable Ii (5–15 × In) allows coordination with downstream motor starters: set at 5× for general distribution or 15× for high-inrush loads like large motors.
