The Siemens 3VA1112-3GF42-0AA0-ZD00 is a 4-pole IEC frame 160 circuit breaker with a 25 kA interrupting capacity at 415 V (breaking capacity class N). It is fitted with a TM240 thermal-magnetic trip unit, ATAM (adjustable thermal, adjustable magnetic), rated In=125 A. Overload protection (Ir) is adjustable from 88 A to 125 A; short-circuit protection (Ii) is set at 5 to 10 times In. It includes 100% N conductor protection and ships with a nut keeper kit for DC Power OEM applications in China.
Integration notes
The 3VA1 frame 160 mounts on a DIN rail or panel, with the 4-pole configuration occupying the full width of a standard distribution board. The TM240 trip unit allows field adjustment of the thermal overload setting via a rotary dial — no need to swap the entire trip block when load requirements shift. The nut keeper kit is specific to the DC Power OEM variant; verify that the supplied hardware matches your enclosure's busbar or cable lug pattern.
