What it is and what it does
The Siemens 3VA1112-4ED32-0AA0 is a SENTRON molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) with a TM210 thermal-magnetic overcurrent release, sized for line protection in distribution panels. Rated 125 A continuous at 40 °C ambient, it holds that rating through 50 °C before derating starts — 122 A at 55 °C, 120 A at 60 °C, 117 A at 65 °C, 114 A at 70 °C. That thermal curve matters if you're packing this breaker into a hot enclosure. Breaking capacity hits 121 kA at 240 V AC, 75.6 kA at 415 V, 52.5 kA at 440 V, and 11.9 kA at both 500 V and 690 V. That's enough to clear a high-fault industrial service without upstream coordination headaches.
Integration and mounting
Three-pole design, 70 mm deep, 76.2 mm wide, 130 mm tall. IP40 on the front — fine for a dry indoor panel, not for washdown. No undervoltage release, no communication module, no ground-fault monitoring built in. The TM210 release is fixed thermal-magnetic; you set the magnetic pickup via the rating plug, not a dial.
