MCCB with shunt trip for panel integration
The Siemens 3VA1112-5EF32-0KA0 is a 3-pole IEC frame 160 molded-case circuit breaker rated for 125 A continuous current, with a breaking capacity of 55 kA at 415 V AC (class M). The TM240 thermal-magnetic trip unit provides overload protection adjustable from 88 A to 125 A and short-circuit pickup from 5 to 10 times In. A built-in shunt trip (STL) operates on 220–250 V DC or 208–277 V AC, allowing remote tripping from a safety circuit or emergency-stop chain. The nut keeper kit secures the breaker in the panel against vibration in high-shock environments.
