125 A line-protection MCCB with UVR and aux switches
The Siemens SENTRON 3VA1112-6EF32-0CC0 is a 3-pole molded case circuit breaker rated for 125 A continuous current at 40 °C through 50 °C, with a slight thermal derating curve down to 114 A at 70 °C. Its headline breaking capacity hits 220 kA at 240 V AC, dropping to 154 kA at 415 V and 75.6 kA at 440 V — numbers that matter when you're coordinating downstream branch protection and need the upstream device to clear a high-fault bolted short without cascading.
At 240 V the 220 kA SCCR puts this breaker in the high-fault tier — it's sized for main or feeder positions where the available fault current from the utility transformer or upstream generator is substantial. The 154 kA at 415 V and 75.6 kA at 440 V still cover most industrial distribution panels. Maximum power loss of 30.6 W at full load gives you a number for panel thermal budgeting.
Built-in undervoltage release and auxiliary switching
The two HQ auxiliary switches provide position feedback (open/closed) for PLC inputs or status lamps. The trip indicator is absent, so you'll rely on the aux switch state or visual breaker handle position to confirm tripped status.
Dimensions are 130 mm height, 76.2 mm width (3 inches), and 70 mm depth. The 3-pole form factor fits standard SENTRON panel cutouts and busbar systems. The unit accepts lug or busbar connections on line and load sides; the UVR coil terminals are separate low-voltage connections.
