For a panel with high internal temperature rise — say, a sealed enclosure near a furnace or in a Saudi summer — the 70 °C figure of 150 A is the one to design to, not the 160 A nameplate.
The breaker occupies 50.8 mm width (2 inches), 130 mm height (5.12 inches), and 70 mm depth (2.76 inches). The 2-pole width is standard for a 160 A frame — it fits a 2-module DIN cutout or a dedicated MCCB mounting plate.
