Breaking capacity hits 121 kA at 240 V AC, dropping to 75.6 kA at 415 V, 52.5 kA at 440 V, and 11.9 kA at 500 V or 690 V — so the 240 V figure is the headline, but the 415 V rating is the one that matters for most European 400 V panels.
Thermal derating — don't just read the 80 A label
At 40 °C, 45 °C, and 50 °C the breaker carries the full 160 A (note: that's the frame rating, not the trip-unit setting — the TM210 is adjustable). At 55 °C it's 158 A, at 60 °C it's 155 A, at 65 °C it's 153 A, and at 70 °C it's 150 A. If your panel ambient sits above 50 °C, you lose about 2 A per 5 °C step. That's not a showstopper for most industrial enclosures, but worth factoring if the breaker is next to a heat source or in a sealed cabinet.
