Ratings and what they mean for panel fit

If the breaker lives in a non-ventilated enclosure near other heat sources, use the 55 °C or 60 °C row — the 160 A number is only valid when ambient stays at or below 50 °C. The rated insulation voltage is 800 V, which covers 690 V line-to-line systems with margin. The front face carries IP40 protection — fine for a clean panel interior, but not for washdown or outdoor exposure. The 15 000-cycle mechanical endurance (latching) is typical for this class; it is not a high-cycle motor-starting breaker.
