The Siemens 3VA1116-6ED32-0DF0 is a 3-pole IEC frame 160 molded-case circuit breaker with breaking capacity class H — meaning it can interrupt 70 kA at 415 V AC. That puts it in a selectivity band suitable for main or large-feeder positions in LV switchboards, not just branch protection. Overload protection is fixed at 160 A via the TM210 thermal-magnetic trip unit; short-circuit pickup is fixed at 10 x In. No adjustment dials — set-and-forget for a known load. The integrated undervoltage release (208–230 V AC 50/60 Hz) drops the breaker on loss of control voltage, a common safety interlock requirement. An auxiliary switch (1 changeover) is included for remote status feedback. The nut keeper kit is also supplied — retains mounting nuts on the panel, useful during installation or retrofit where access is tight.
