The Siemens SENTRON 3VA1116-6EE32-0AC0 is a 3-pole molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) rated for line protection with a continuous current Iu of 25 A and a TM220 thermal-magnetic overcurrent release. It carries a 187 kA breaking capacity at 240 V, dropping to 121 kA at 415 V, 76 kA at 440 V, and 17 kA at both 500 V and 690 V — numbers that matter when you're coordinating with downstream gear and need to know it won't let a fault cascade upstream.
Thermal derating and panel fit
At 40 °C, 45 °C, and 50 °C it holds the full 25 A; at 55 °C and 60 °C it derates to 24 A, and at 65 °C and 70 °C it drops to 23 A. That derating curve means you don't lose headroom until you're past 50 °C — common in a sealed panel but worth checking if your enclosure runs hot. The 130 mm height and 3-inch width (76.2 mm) fit the standard SENTRON 3VA footprint, so it'll drop into an existing panel layout without re-drilling the mounting plate. Front protection is IP40, fine for a clean indoor panel.
