The Siemens SENTRON 3VA1116-6FD46-0AA0 is a 4-pole molded case circuit breaker rated 80 A continuous, with a TM210 thermal-magnetic overcurrent release designed for line protection in distribution panels. Its interrupting capacity reaches 220 kA at 240 V, 154 kA at 415 V, and 75.6 kA at 440 V — figures that place it squarely in high-fault-current applications where standard MCBs would weld shut. At 690 V the rating drops to 17 kA, so verify the available fault current at your service voltage before specifying. The 80 A frame is thermally rated to carry 160 A at 40 °C ambient, with a slight derating curve to 150 A at 70 °C — useful headroom for lightly loaded feeders or high-ambient enclosures.
