The TM210 release means the thermal pickup is fixed, but the magnetic instantaneous trip is adjustable up to 320 A (li max), which gives you room to coordinate with motor inrush or transformer magnetizing current without nuisance tripping.
Front-face IP40 protection means it's fine inside a standard IP54 or IP65 enclosure — the breaker itself doesn't need a separate sealed cover.
