Line protection MCCB with a clear thermal-magnetic curve
Its TM240 thermal-magnetic release handles the overload and short-circuit trip coordination — no electronic adjustment, no communication module, no voltage trip coil. The interrupting ratings climb to 75.6 kA at 240 V, 52.5 kA at 415 V, 32 kA at 440 V, and 10.5 kA at 690 V, so it can sit upstream of a distribution panel or feed a motor control center where the available fault current is substantial.
Above that it steps down: 24 A at 55 °C, 23.5 A at 60 °C, 23 A at 65 °C, and 22.5 A at 70 °C. If the enclosure runs hot — say a sealed stainless panel near a furnace line — the 70 °C figure is the one to budget against. Dimensions are 130 mm tall, 76.2 mm wide, and 70 mm deep — a standard MCCB footprint that drops into a SENTRON 3VA mounting base without panel modification.
