The 3VA1132-5EF32-0AD0 is a 3-pole SENTRON molded case circuit breaker rated for line protection — the TM240 thermal-magnetic release holds at 32 A continuous through 50 °C, then derates to 30.72 A at 55 °C, 30.08 A at 60 °C, 29.44 A at 65 °C, and 28.8 A at 70 °C. That derating curve is the one to check if the breaker sits in a warm enclosure or next to other heat sources; the 32 A headline is only good up to 50 °C. Interrupting capacity is 187 kA at 240 V, 121 kA at 415 V, 75.6 kA at 440 V, and 17 kA at 690 V — those numbers tell you the maximum fault current the breaker can safely clear at each voltage level. For a 480 V panel, the 75.6 kA at 440 V is the closest published figure; if your available fault current exceeds that, you need a current-limiting upstream device or a higher-rated frame. Rated insulation voltage is 800 V. IP40 front protection seals against tools and small solids on the face.
