Thermal derating — the real-world current you can actually run
This MCCB holds its full 32 A rating up to 50 °C ambient. At 55 °C it derates to 31 A, holds there through 60 °C, then drops to 30 A at 65 °C and 70 °C. That's a clean, predictable curve — no surprise trip at the top of a hot summer day in a non-conditioned electrical room. The operating range is -25 °C to 70 °C ambient, storage from -40 °C to 80 °C.
Panel fit and integration
Dimensions are 101.6 mm wide (4 in), 130 mm tall (5.12 in), and 70 mm deep (2.76 in). That's a standard 4-pole MCCB footprint — it mounts on a DIN rail or directly to a backplate via the screw terminals. The front face carries IP40 protection, so it's fine in a clean indoor panel but not washdown-rated.
Lifecycle and sourcing posture
For a BOM freeze or a line-down replacement, the key fit parameters are the 32 A TM240 release, the 4-pole configuration, and the 187 kA interrupting rating at 240 V — confirm those match your existing coordination study and the page is good to order against an RFQ.
