The Siemens 3VA1163-1AA42-0AF0 is a SENTRON 3VA1 series switch disconnector built in an MCCB-style molded case, rated for 63 A continuous current across the full ambient range from 40 °C through 70 °C — no derating needed in a warm enclosure. Four poles handle three-phase plus neutral isolation, with a maximum AC operational voltage of 690 V and a DC rating of 600 V.
With a maximum power loss of 38 W at rated current, the heat dissipated inside the enclosure is modest; still, cluster several of these in a sealed box and the cumulative heat needs ventilation planning.
