Note the absence of integral overload protection — the TM120M here is configured for short-circuit protection only, meaning a separate motor overload relay must be wired upstream or in the starter assembly.
Accessories and control wiring
Factory-fitted with a shunt trip (STL) rated for 12–30 V DC or 24 V AC 50/60 Hz, plus two auxiliary switches (HQ) and one trip alarm switch (HQ). The shunt-trip coil allows remote tripping from a safety PLC or E-stop circuit; verify polarity on the DC supply before energizing.
