Rated current holds at 16 A from 40 °C through 55 °C ambient, then derates to 15 A at 60–70 °C — so in a warm enclosure you still get full rating up to 55 °C, which covers most panel interiors without a derate factor. The 2-pole construction handles single-phase or line-to-line loads. Insulation voltage is 500 V, operating voltage 415 V AC or 250 V DC. Dimensions are 70 mm deep, 50.8 mm wide, 130 mm tall — a standard 2-pole MCCB footprint that fits existing SENTRON or 3VA panel bases without re-drilling.
What the IP40 means on the front
The body itself is not sealed for washdown, so keep it inside the enclosure, not on the gland plate.
