Rated 16 A continuously up to 55 °C ambient, it derates to 15 A at 60–70 °C — a detail that matters when the breaker shares a crowded enclosure with other heat sources. Breaking capacity reaches 187 kA at 240 VAC, 121 kA at 415 V, and 75.6 kA at 440 V — figures that let it interrupt high-fault currents without cascading upstream, so it can serve as the main breaker in a sub-distribution board fed by a large transformer. At 690 V the interrupting rating drops to 17 kA, which still covers most motor-drive branch circuits at that voltage level.
The breaker occupies 76.2 mm width, 130 mm height, and 70 mm depth — a 3-inch-wide slot on the DIN rail or mounting plate, leaving room alongside other SENTRON devices in a standardized switchboard layout.
