Line protection MCCB, 160 A frame, TM240 trip
The Siemens SENTRON 3VA1216-5EF32-0AJ0 is a 3-pole molded case circuit breaker rated for line protection, carrying a continuous current Iu of 160 A and a rated insulation voltage Ui of 800 V. Breaking capacity reaches 187 kA at 240 V and 121 kA at 415 V, with derated values of 36 kA at 440 V and 17 kA at 690 V.
The breaker holds its full 160 A rating from 40 °C through 50 °C ambient. Above that it derates linearly: 155.6 A at 55 °C, 151.2 A at 60 °C, 146.8 A at 65 °C, and 142.4 A at 70 °C. Dimensions are 70 mm deep by 105 mm wide by 158 mm high, with IP40 protection on the front face.
