The Siemens SENTRON 3VA1220-4EF32-0AJ0 is a 3-pole molded case circuit breaker rated for 200 A continuous current at 40 °C, with a TM240 thermal-magnetic overcurrent release. The interrupting ratings are the headline: 121 kA at 240 V, 75.6 kA at 415 V, 52.5 kA at 440 V, 17 kA at 500 V, and 11.9 kA at 690 V. The continuous current holds flat at 200 A from 40 °C through 50 °C, then derates to 194 A at 55 °C, 188 A at 60 °C, 182 A at 65 °C, and 176 A at 70 °C. That derating curve means in a warm panel — say 55 °C internal ambient — you still get 194 A before the thermal element starts to drift.
Dimensions: 105 mm wide, 158 mm high, 70 mm deep. The trip indicator is present, so a visual check confirms the breaker tripped on fault versus being manually opened.
For a BOM line or a panel spare, this is a straight-forward source. The 3VA series is Siemens' standard MCCB platform, so availability through distribution is routine.
