Siemens SENTRON 3VA1220-5GF42-0BH0 — 200 A MCCB, Line Protection, Active
Full rated current holds up to 50 °C ambient; above that it derates linearly to 176 A at 70 °C. That thermal curve matters when the breaker sits in a crowded panel with other heat sources — factor the actual ambient into your coordination study.
Integration into the Panel — Dimensions, Auxiliaries, and Release
Comes fitted with an undervoltage release (UVR) and auxiliary switch block: 2 auxiliary switches plus 1 trip alarm switch (HQ). The UVR ensures the breaker drops out on loss of control power — required for many safety circuits and emergency-stop chains. The trip alarm gives a remote signal when the breaker trips on fault, not just manual operation. Power dissipation at full 200 A load is 44.5 W — include that in your panel thermal budget to avoid hot spots.
