In a sealed, uncooled enclosure, ambient inside the panel can easily reach 55–60 °C — so if you are pulling near 500 A continuously, factor in the derating. The 122.7 W maximum power loss is the heat the breaker dissipates at full load; that heat must be removed from the enclosure to stay within the derating curve.
