630 A MCCB for main feeder and high-fault applications
The interrupting ratings are substantial: 187 kA at 240 V, 121 kA at 415 V and 440 V, 75.6 kA at 500 V, and 11.9 kA at 690 V — meaning this breaker can clear very high fault currents at lower voltages without upstream cascading, a key consideration for main incomer positions with high transformer kVA.
Thermal derating and continuous current
Maximum power loss is 192.9 W, which factors into enclosure ventilation sizing when the breaker is fully loaded.
This is a current-production spare for any 630 A SENTRON install.
The 184 mm width for a 4-pole unit means it occupies roughly the same panel space as two 2-pole breakers side by side. No communication module or undervoltage release is fitted (no voltage trigger, no undervoltage release), so it is a straightforward thermal-magnetic breaker with no auxiliary electronics to fail.
