Those are the numbers that matter for a DIN-rail or backplate layout — the 140 mm width is wider than a typical 3-pole frame, so check your gland-plate cutout and phase barrier clearance if you're swapping a narrower unit. Front IP40 means tools and fingers stay out; the enclosure itself handles the rest of the ingress protection.
Trip unit and protection features
The ETU330 electronic release gives you adjustable long-time pickup (Ig) from a minimum of 0.3 s to a maximum of 25 A. Ground-fault monitoring is built in via summation current formation on L + N, and the N-conductor protection can be set to OFF or 100 % of the phase current — useful for a 4-wire system where you need to coordinate the neutral protection with the phase trip.
Environmental range and power loss
That 70 °C operating ceiling matches the full 25 A rating, so no thermal derating curve to chase. Maximum power loss is 0.84 W — negligible for panel heat budgeting, but it tells you the trip unit electronics are efficient.
