The ETU320 is an electronic overcurrent release with adjustable pickup and time-delay curves. Minimum adjustable trip is 38 A, maximum is 300 A, which covers a wide motor or feeder range within the 25 A frame's thermal limits. Insulation voltage rated at 800 V gives headroom for 690 V systems, though the breaking capacity at 690 V drops to 3 kA — that's the limit of the arc chamber in this frame size.
Panel fit and interchange check
