What the ratings mean for fit
The 3VA2063-5HL36-0JC0 is a SENTRON molded case circuit breaker rated for 63 A continuous current across the full ambient range from 40 °C to 70 °C — no derating needed up to that ceiling. The 187 kA interrupting capacity at 240 V is the headline number for panel SCCR compliance; at 415 V and 440 V it still holds 121 kA, and at 500 V it drops to 75.6 kA. At 690 V the rating falls to 3 kA, so this breaker is sized for 400–500 V distribution, not 690 V mains. The 3-pole design with a shunt trip release (STL) means it can be tripped remotely via a control signal — useful for emergency-stop circuits or remote load shedding.
Panel integration and footprint
The breaker measures 105 mm wide, 181 mm tall, and 86 mm deep — a standard MCCB footprint that fits most DIN-rail or screw-mount panel layouts. The depth is shallow enough to clear a 100 mm deep enclosure without a gland-plate conflict. Two auxiliary switches (HQ) are built in for status feedback to a PLC or indication lamp.
